Vision
We want to be open and accessible to all visitors to ensure that the widest number of people can enjoy the buildings, events / activities, performances and exhibitions. Our premises are wheelchair-friendly and our venues are also guide dog friendly.
Ticketing and events
・You're advised to book a timed slot in advance to guarantee entry and help control the numbers of individuals who can visit.
・At peak times there may be large queues. If queueing is difficult due to disability, please speak to a service staff who'll be happy to assist.
・Concessions for paid performances, exhibitions and events are available for disabled visitors.
・A companion ticket is also provided free of charge.
Getting to the Culture Center
・Entry can be from Northern Main Entrance.
・There is one accessible elevator in Administration Building.
Accessible parking
・There are a limited number of on-site parking spaces (in Eastern Reserved Parking Spaces) available for visitors to the G.C.C. who have Disability Certificate. It is recommended to book in advance. To request a space, you can contact us through phone call (+886 06-3306505 ext.9 ).
Borrow a wheelchair
・Manual wheelchairs are available to pre-book free of charge for your visit. These can be collected at the information counter only and returned to the same place at the end of your visit.
・Mobility scooters are welcome and permitted inside the Museum. Please remember to reduce your speed accordingly in congested areas or to adjust to others who may not be able to move out of your way quickly.
Assistance and alarms
・If you need assistance during your visit, staff members will be able to help you.
・It's unlikely that an alarm will sound during your visit. If one does, please don't worry – just follow any instructions you are given by members of staff and make your way to the nearest exit.
